About This Run
The NYC Marathon is two weeks away!!

Join us for a guided breathwork walk through Central Park (about 1 mile), then gather with other runners to talk through race day: runner’s village, the commute there, pre-race nerves, and your race-week mindset.

Most of the walk is done in silence, with guided breathing cues along the way, so you can settle into your breath. We’ll save the conversation for when we gather afterward.

We’ll also have a few recovery tools on hand: muscle rollers for your legs and a nervous system stimulation wearable to try. Quantities are limited, first come, first served, and trying them is always optional.

Blankets to sit on will be provided but limited, or feel free to bring your own.

Come as you are: brunch clothes or athleisure both work. Just dress warm, since we’ll be outside. All experience levels and cheerleaders welcome ;) No breathwork experience needed.

Breathwork and the wearable aren’t for everyone. If you’re pregnant or have a heart, lung, or seizure condition, check with your doctor first. If you have a pacemaker or other implanted medical device, please skip the wearable. We’ll keep the breathing gentle and nose-led.
Location
Robert Burns Monument
NYC's nose breathing running community. Ever tried running with your mouth closed? We warm up with breathwork, then run an easy, mostly silent 5k where your breath, not your watch, sets the pace. Join the nose breathers. Breathe lighter, Run calmer.
